How would this work though?

Like another Moderator team?

umm i think we need to wait til 3000 members though

 

Its kinda like a Mini Moderation team... WE have limited privlages to moderation like, We can only PIN topics, And lock topics. And edit posts.

 

I want the team to be more along the lines of "Welcoming team" We would show the people around, Get them started, and help them become a good member. Example - Myself, Introduced a new member "Justin05" to IBM. I helped him get used to the site, Helped him find where most stuff is located, and helped him with the rules on how to not get banned and how to gain friends.

and i really think this is a great idea but we definatly need to wait for more active members to make this a full blown thing. like i mean if we start this now we should only start with 2 members and increase them slowly

Well... I wouldnt want the support team to be big either.... I would like to limit it, to about 4 members or 5. Im not trying to be greedy, But a big team would just be pointless. And we need trustworthy people to do this action.

Thank's for your "Support" I think that the team could use a member like yourself. I think the team should consist of trusted members and helpfull members.
