Halo 3 Modding-

You need a con resigner or map resigner to mod Halo 3.

 

Xbox 360 soft modding-

As far as I know there are no soft mods for 360s.

well cant u mod without breaking open your xbox 360? thats what i mean, and just basic modding, like clones and small things like that

Soft modding isnt nesscisarry [ cant spell sorry]

 

We have things called " Xsata's and Xport's and we use Xplorer 360 to use them" There is no point to soft mod.

Read around, theres entire sections on H3 Modding, H2 Modding, Xbox 360 Modding. It contains loads of TUT's and downlods to help you begin with modding.
