Solar Panel PSP Charger Idea

LOL i may as well short every charger wired to this plan but ohh well heres my idea: I psp charger+ a couple solar panels + a 5 volt regulator = Fun in the sun XD well ill draw a diagram

Well that a rough idea of my idea so Comments please Xd. I've already shorted 2 wires with my psp XD.

Boat's due next Thursday and about 6, 3 volt garden solar panels fromgarden solar light's. so it would be able to charge my psp pretty fast.

P.S. a 360 is absurd that requires at least 100-200 Volts with about 5 amps so about a 700$ solar panel.
