subs_55 Posted May 13, 2008 Report Posted May 13, 2008 ok i have known this for awhile but i have just recently found out that most people dont know this. my main reason for this is because of a threat from someone, who will not be mentiond unless needed, that they were going to take cradit for this allong with other things. i put that in there just in case this 'person' read this. but that is besides the point. here is how it goes. 1. first of all you have to be calm and not doing anything other then this.2. then you slowly breath in, very slowly3. breath in until you cant any more4. hold it for a moment 5. then slowly breath out, very slowly6. then relax they should be gone. for this to work you must be willing to breath slowly and not do other things while doing lit it, like walking, talking (lol), jumping, etc im sure you get my point. hope this works. post your feedback please.
