i need something like an embed form to add to my site that lets people send an application to my email address from the site. can anyone get me somthing like that or at least know what im talkin about im to tired to think.

So you don't have access to your server files? so you want some HTML and PHP scripts to register and send the info to you?

 

It won't work, you need a mySQL database to store the user data. Unless your use PHP EMAIL something, which just emails you stuff, like an email mailing list.
