ummm a quick bit of help

so i know this is the wrong section but i need this to be resolved asap... because i cant continue my html lessons until this is fixed...

 

so.. does anyone know how to change my laptop keyboard from french symbols? (ÃÆéÃÆèÃÆàÃÆç^^ÃÆç)

 

unless i insert from ensert symbols i cant use any special brackets, question marks, quotation marks, slashes. that kinda stuff...

 

help is greatly appreciated

Ok screw you curtis. So what if i dont type with capitals all the time.

 

And i realize this is the wrong section seeing as i said i know this is in the wrong section.

 

This $%#^%# symbols ******** is starting to piss me off.

 

p.s.: Sorry about the bad language and the wrong section. Oh and seeing as it is such i big god dam problem sorry for not having proper grammer on everything

Anyways try searching Microsoft for an answer. I know that the default help on the computer is actually helpful.

 

Try that. Or even any other fourm site.

go to start, type in the search bar "language" without the quotes, then click "Regional and Language Options" and change it to "English (United States)"
