look at everyone else's sigs, see whats better in theres, and try to do the same by reading tuts. One thing tho is to blend the render into the sig, use similar color, use effects (don't overdo) and don't let the text stick out so much, this all can be learnt from tuts.

It's better than your first.

 

Keep practicing and your third will be better than this one and in no time you'll be a pro! (ok well it might take a while, but it just takes time, and we all have to start somewhere. )

I have a question.Is there a quicker way to get rid of a background in a picture that you are going to copy and add as a layer? I put the puck on and then I used a history brush and had to slowly bit by bit take away the unwanted stuff. It took me quiet a while.

There is but I forgot the name of the tool . Its picture looks like a line-cutter thing. I can't believe I forgot the name .

I just remembered the name its the polygonal lasso tool or the lasso tool.

 

Just go around the image that you want to cut out.

When your all done connect the two lines and then just copy the image and paste it in your sig.
