How to play a modded single playered shared map.

Ok, u will need:

-Modded xbox

-Halo 2 on your HDD

-FTP Access to xbox

-single_player_shared.map in your Halo 2 folder on your Xbox

Steps:

1. FTP to your xbox

2. go to your Halo 2 folder

3. Delete Midship.map

4. Re-name the single_player_shared.map to Midship.map

5. Load up Halo 2

6. Go to SplitScreen

7. Load Midship (It will take a little longer to load than a usual map)

8. When it loads, u should be in a big white room w/ everything of stuff from Campaign

9. Have fun!!!

The people who made this mod did nothing, but make the map so you can play on it.

 

Ahared maps are just there so that the maps can link to this map grab the weapon/vehicle and display it. This way the map isn't as big, this is also why you have it inject some skins because its not actually in the map.
