Brok3n Halo Presents

A TfAv1228 Production

Halo 2 Sound Tools

Features

---Internalization

---Extraction

---Injection

You can extract and inject only if the sound is internal.

You might say how is this programs extraction and injection different from ADI's. The answer is that ADI only extracts and injects the first sound piece this will extract them all and then when you inject you choose with sound you are injection to.

This is the program is what ScottyGEE used for his mod with custom sounds.(He doesn't mention me in credits cause I didn't want people knowing about this program yet.)

The program that should be used to get files into the correct format is Sony Sound Forge 8

ScottyGEE has used this program much more than I have so im gonna let him write a tutorial if he would.

Thanks

---Jefff and GlitchyGuardian teaching me how to code

---Iron Forge for the white paper

---MrHyperPenguin for helping me with sounds a long time ago

---ScottyGEE for all his work with sounds

---Everyone at TRP who helped out

Edit: Updated it will now when the file is smaller make the rest of the sound null instead of leaving the previous sound.

Edit2: Fixed WMA Injection

Sorry that this is a massive (lol 2 year) bump, but the download seems to be corrupt on this?

Not sure if it's just me, but if this is fixable, that would be amazing.

Here you go: http://iis.rhv2.com/ibotmodz.net/applications/Halo2ST.rar

Edit: Not sure why, but Symantec antiviruses see this application as a "infostealer threat."

Here is the original topic where I found this download: http://rework3d.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=92&t=41351&sid=8da2f1511b93f345c78cbf238f219b83

The file is encoded using an expired certificate, so most virus protection programs will see that as a poorly binded file or an attempt to hide information.

You have my word that it is not a virus.
