Weapons for 'Flood' gametype?

I came across some 'modded' (whatever) flood gametypes where the flood had assault rifles in custom games, does anyone know more about his and if this is the only weapon they can have? I didn't pay attention to the new gametype when the game came out and I started to forge a map which I made in Halo 3, where the infected had splazers. Can anyone help me further?

I think that was a mod made by someone because 343 really removed a lot of customization in the game and modders are flat out posting them on 343.

 

Off the top of my head why everyone is doing this.

 

• No VIP, Assault, Headhunter, Invasion, Stockpile, Territories, Juggernaut (some variants of these games, but they literally wiped the base)
• No way to disable auto flag pickup, auto ball pickup
• No way to disable sprint (griffball)
• No way to disable flag waypoint
• No way to drog flag setting.
• No 1 flag / neutral flag

Literally there is a topic on 343 w/ like 130 pages of responses and people are hacking the gametypes there and posting them due to all these lack of customizations.
