It edits more things like bitmaps,bit weapons and everything. Also this only resigns the Tags not the map but it will soon, also its called SPicy ecy enjoy and dont leek plz Removed due possibility of file being a virus (Trojan Horse) Edit: Also Does not work with VISTA!!

skipper132 Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 yea but there the people who started modding they never wanted halo modding to go public ever it wouldent have made it into halo 3 modding if they hadent started halo1 modding in the first place so if it wasnt for them none of us would ever be modding anything but halo ce and gearcompany made that pecause they started modding the regular pc version so basicly if it wasnt for the cool circle halo modding 1,2,or 3 would not be going on now
