GingerisWIN Posted October 9, 2011 Report Posted October 9, 2011 Recently, my computer has been shutting down randomly. It seems like a heat problem, because it shuts off with no warning. It doesn't say "Windows is shutting down", it just stops. Ill be in the middle of doing something, and it just goes black, and turns off. If anyone has any idea as to what might be wrong, help would be appreciated. Thanks guys, - GingerIsWin
matty0 Posted October 9, 2011 Report Posted October 9, 2011 check your core temps, make sure your tower has good air flow. disable any overclocks/fsb hacks, and maybe add a couple more fans...
Curtis Posted October 10, 2011 Report Posted October 10, 2011 Yeah first check the fans, probably plugged.Maybe run a hardware diagnostics. Maybe give us some more info?
