ok i did wut the tut said and some of my maps wont transfer is says there was a writing problem or something like that and when i put it on a dvd it wont play it plz so one help if u can

Problem one: Some of the patches are broken, try redownloading. Note: I had the same problem, but never bothered to redownload.

 

Problem two: Do you know how to make a DvD or are you just putting the maps on there?

Putting Map files directly onto a disc, will cause error due to the map checksum and what not. If you need to move them directly use a RAR program, then transfer them. Otherwise you need to use Quix to make the mappack into an .ISO file which then you can burn that to DvD.

 

Also, do you have a DvD player? Most people think they do, but they actually don't.
