pim.vol to .csv

Hey guys so I recently broke my windows phone and had to use this Samsung flight, so I was able to export the pim.vol file off of the windows phone which is the contacts file, and I was wondering how I could convert that to .csv or if that is even possible?

The best you will probably be able to do is read the contact list. I read somewhere that they were in plain text inside the file (i.e. open it with a text editor).
