ieatnvidiots Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 I upgraded my laptop to windows 7. Now that I’ve upgraded it Shockwave and QuickTime are not working. Every time I go on a page that needs them to play, my computer comes up with a bunch of error messages say they are unresponsive. I tried re installing them and nothing works. What's going on? Anyone else have this issue?
iBotPeaches Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 Do you get the apple version of Quicktime here? : http://www.apple.com/quicktime/ Do you have any more details on the error? Does it say this? Error 46: Could not find or load activex control

DemoDucky Posted March 21, 2012 Report Posted March 21, 2012 Well if it is Windows 7 x 68 (68 bit), you better test it out by right clicking on My Computer icon and clicking Properties. It will help to sort it out.
