You can do different specs Combat Repair Medical ect. RPG features. Developed by GSC. Also Timespliters 4
Quinn Posted December 5, 2010 Report Posted December 5, 2010 Developed by GSC. /DisagreeWith the amount of bugs I came across in the STALKER games, I would prefer someone else do it.
Randomrocket Posted December 5, 2010 Report Posted December 5, 2010 Developed by GSC.fixed. Bungie listens to the community more than anybody and they know how to make a game with little bugs (with the exception of Halo 2)
Lockon Posted December 5, 2010 Report Posted December 5, 2010 With the source engine is the way to go. Anything is possible with it.
gruntmods Posted December 5, 2010 Report Posted December 5, 2010 With the source engine is the way to go. Anything is possible with it.Source engine is terrible.
Quinn Posted December 6, 2010 Report Posted December 6, 2010 Source engine is terrible. I wouldn't go so far to say its terrible, but rather outdated.
Lockon Posted December 6, 2010 Report Posted December 6, 2010 I wouldn't go so far to say its terrible, but rather outdated. Source engine is the best. You can heavily modify it yourself into another engine and I think theres a game thats using the source engine that looks nothing like it. as for the outdated bit...Theres a reason why theres updates heh its graphics are still better than most PS3 and 360 games.

The blam! engine is amazing, if it wasnt limited to the xbox 360( which since bungie is multi platform, it no longer is) it would kick such ass.

Yes, but you can only update something so far. It would be nice if they could do a complete re-build. Its not that good. No thankswell yeah but Bungie will never allow any of this stuff Free modsFree gamesUser created modelsUser created mapsUser created modsUser created scripts User created everything. I'd like to see a lot of game makers do that. I love mods, plain and simple. They can fix the buggiest shit ever (Yes New Vegas, I'm looking at you.) Bethesda makes great games, but does not bring them to their full potential. So why are there so many people who still play Oblivion for instance? Because Bethesda released and SDK with it, and there are still mods being updated to this day. For The Elder Scrolls 5 and Fallout 4, they need a new engine. Gamebyro is way to old (being around since Morrowind) to support things like DX 11 properly. There is only one reason I love Gamebyro, and thats the Construction Kit/G.E.C.K. (SDK). I think I'm starting to ramble. Being bored out of your mind while having the flu does that to you.

Microsft isn't publishing anymore, and bungie owns the IP.Bungie supports custom content, and if they could have made an sdk for the pc they would have. But the pc ports were not made by them so they couldn't. The engine Bethesda uses gets worse every release, it sorely needs a rewrite.
Quinn Posted December 6, 2010 Report Posted December 6, 2010 The engine Bethesda uses gets worse every release, it sorely needs a rewrite. Well, New Vegas was really buggy mainly because Obsidian made it, and Fallout 3 was buggy as hell because Bethesda was converting the engine from a medieval, sword/bow/magic combat system, to a post apocalyptic guns/explosives/VATS system. You can understand there were complications. Lots of them. But they really do need a new engine.

Slidell Posted December 8, 2010 Author Report Posted December 8, 2010 I got another one. An open world game set in 1700 England or New York.
Quinn Posted December 8, 2010 Report Posted December 8, 2010 I got another one. An open world game set in 1700 England or New York. Maybe.. I would like an open WORLD game. Like, I could take a flight to Japan or some shit. Unless I was Osama Bin Laden, or just killed a bunch of people.

Unless I was Osama Bin Laden, or just killed a bunch of people. Open world sandbox game where you can build anywhere at any time without any restrictions and you can build it anywhere in the world or universe, and you can make you're own planets or race....Why hasn't anyone came up with that one yet? (Not like any sim games)
