Ouch. Most of our users only come for 1 session or "visit". Those visits are for about

So I need suggestions that I can use to attract members to stay in less than 4 page views, and under 5 minutes.

dont let them download anything or post anything until they have visited a couple days haha

make people feel welcome to the site, i have been on for at least five minutes posted in the chat box twice with no reply. you want people to spend more time on the site? get them talking in the chat box, get topics going places that mean something to a wide variety of people. if you want people to spend time here you gotta occupy their time here. give them something to do.

i understand that. this site just is not what it used to be i guess. i did check to see how many users were active in the last hour when i posted that and there were sixty. i just dont feel this site had that magic it used to have

few sites these day do, but if you post in the forums we almost always reply :D

Notice "In the last hour" Aka, they signed on in the last hour. I for one pop in for 5 or so minutes, to check topics and stuff.

You can't to be honest. Every 360 site is failing... It's the life cycle. Every retarded kid got them a JTAG and there is no 360 modding "scene" anymore... You can jump on the PS3 modding bandwagon, or just fall to the side. To stay relevant these days you need to change your site focus almost weekly, it's kinda pointless.

Your site is based off of modding a game that already has an enormous community over at the official site, and ever since modding Halo became either impossible or simply a bad idea, ibotmodz now looks like a product intentionally designed to fail. If you want more active users don't advertise your site as a Halo modding site
