iBotPeaches Posted September 14, 2010 Report Posted September 14, 2010 http://i56.tinypic.com/2m5bdc3.jpg Ouch. Most of our users only come for 1 session or "visit". Those visits are for about http://i53.tinypic.com/96ex75.jpg and they stay for aroundhttp://i52.tinypic.com/k32b91.jpg So I need suggestions that I can use to attract members to stay in less than 4 page views, and under 5 minutes.
Randomrocket Posted September 14, 2010 Report Posted September 14, 2010 dont let them download anything or post anything until they have visited a couple days haha 1
Quinn Posted September 14, 2010 Report Posted September 14, 2010 dont let them download anything or post anything until they have visited a couple days haha ^If you do this, they will just go to another site^ I'm going to look into a few things.
jmdalmighty Posted September 14, 2010 Report Posted September 14, 2010 Maybe put min rep of 20 back on poma as that's what they all come for.
DarkRuler Posted September 14, 2010 Report Posted September 14, 2010 What about making it so they would have to visit 3 forums and make posts within more than 5 words in 2 topics per forum
gruntmods Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 free pornlmao, someone gave you negative rep for copying me
miinaturvat Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 What the hell? I was just seconding the opinion...
crazyeightz Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 make people feel welcome to the site, i have been on for at least five minutes posted in the chat box twice with no reply. you want people to spend more time on the site? get them talking in the chat box, get topics going places that mean something to a wide variety of people. if you want people to spend time here you gotta occupy their time here. give them something to do.

lostmodz26 Posted September 23, 2010 Report Posted September 23, 2010 Meh. 1162 people is still a lot.
REDSTAR 105 Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 That was 201+ lol okay, been here probably over 10000 times the past.... almost 4 years now
KingsxGhost Posted September 26, 2010 Report Posted September 26, 2010 Make things by post so they have to stay xD
Azraelrs Posted September 26, 2010 Report Posted September 26, 2010 You can't to be honest. Every 360 site is failing... It's the life cycle. Every retarded kid got them a JTAG and there is no 360 modding "scene" anymore... You can jump on the PS3 modding bandwagon, or just fall to the side. To stay relevant these days you need to change your site focus almost weekly, it's kinda pointless.
Metalocalypse Posted October 2, 2010 Report Posted October 2, 2010 Your site is based off of modding a game that already has an enormous community over at the official site, and ever since modding Halo became either impossible or simply a bad idea, ibotmodz now looks like a product intentionally designed to fail. If you want more active users don't advertise your site as a Halo modding site
