Randomrocket Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 My friend wants this HP computerdont get it. HPs arent that great to begin with. newegg.com is a really good site to buy computer parts. Dirt cheap and really good shipping rates. search up your products on newegg You also have to have a computer case and power supply. I recommend anything made by Antec. Amazing cooling and really good quality for low prices.
iBotPeaches Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 Yep newegg all the way. But new motherboard. Forget that one.

Intel makes good processors. AMD makes good processors for like a tenth of the cost. haha I got an AMD Phenom II x4 945
Quinn Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 Antec 900. Nice and cool case, and decently cheap.Phenom II for a good, cheap CPU, I7 for top of the line performance.DDR3 RAM, I'm not going into brand/speed, it doesn't matter much.Brand name motherboard, stay away from Foxconn and other cheap boards.Graphics is all a matter of opinion really. Btw, you aren't going to be gaming on a Radeon 5450. I wrote this really quick, my dinners getting cold.
