Torrents Slow?

2. it has 4 seeds, so crappy torrent

3.800kbps is what most servers limit you to downloading at anyway so that it wont saturate the connection

Grunts all torrent clients are the same. They dont increase download speeds.Seeders do. Also Vuze GUI is shit. I like simple a lot better. And I'm only connected to 1 seeder

yes they do, the client is what utilizes the connection the seeders are providing. They manage throttling etc.

how is the gui shit? theres several to choose from.

Thats the thing, Vuze has TO many stuff. Thats why I prefer Bittorrents etc, Because they only give you what you need to download. Vuze has shit download speeds even when I changed the settings. 30.5 kb with 1000 seeders and 23 leechers and the file size was only 40mb; and I left it for 1 hour.

tahts weird, I used every torrent program at some point before settling on vuze. You should try the new version, it auto sets everything.

for me it set my download to 2mbps and my upload to 5kb and some other minor stuff.

also encrypted my traffic to stop throttling.
