So my first xbox is banned from XBL for Jacking accounts, then my second one won't turn on anymore. So I'm doing some H2 mods, then wanted to do some H3, so I have my 8gb flash drive formatted and in my 360 and I'm installing the Mythic Multiplayer disc on there.

Now I'm wondering, if I extracted all that on my computer can I do any offline mods with that?
