Saw this earlier. Looks dumb, basically Fallout 3 with a new story and a few new weapons. Could essentially be a mod. Oh well, Bethesda better get their shit together and release a construction kit/SDK on release. And I hope Wrye Bash will be made for it too. And FOMM can have a corner too.
