Lostmodz was trying to attempt the Endure achievement on Halo 3: ODST for ages now and this is his 4th time he failed to get it on 4th Set/3rd Round/5th Wave. He cant seem to kill all those pesky Brutes and their Jetpacks and hammers.

you could just mod it and still get recon, I did that for my friend, so I know it works

 

use that failed firefight mission and when modding your profile just set the time and day you unlocked Endure to the failed firefight mission's time and day

 

then you are done and you can just press the Unlock Recon button on B.net

you should do it on security zone outside one person gets a wraith another hides inside the wall anothe on the turrent of the wrait and the last guy to sparten laser any new wraiths getting droped off

I didnt die nearly as much as the other guy did. I was doin pretty good too. The trick is to assassinate everybody so you dont have to use much ammo. Towards the end, it takes more than 2 sticks to kill someone which equals a ton of ammo in bullets lol.

 

When we were doing it, I had 2 friends from the UK and a friend from the US (I live in Texas btw) all get together to help. That was the worst Lag I have EVER seen rofl. It made sniping impossible. And towards the end, one dude's xbox startedmaking a beeping noise and he got really scared. We exited as soon as we got the achievement we were scared for his xbox. He had been running it for at least 8 hours before we went for the achievement. lol

We tried something like that but on Lost Platoon. One guy gets a wraith everyone else gets choppers. Makes killing the brutes easy but the wraith guy is screwed when the buggers show up.
