.dta Plugin Format (new)

Based off of the .ent format, this format supports various moredatatypes, as well as re-tuned existing ones. DTA stands for "DefinedThrough Attributes" - a fairly accurate description of the format. Readthe included readme for more details.

 

Also, .ent and .cs plugin formats are still supported by the MetaEditor, and all three formats can be converted to and from with theincluded Plugin Converter.

Why do you want the maps if they can't load.

 

The only way we can mod is to turn of the security checks and play the map without securtiy checks.

What good are you gonna do by modding a map and have no idea if it will even work.

 

If you want experience try Halo 2 Modding.
