Foouser released RAW2SMC v0.2 - tiny utility to convert a config_raw.bin file dumped via Xellous or NandPro(info) into a smc_config.bin file required by ibuild:

A lot of people have been having problems with not having their original dumps for ibuild, in order to create a freeBOOT image (people who bought their Xbox preflashed with XBR and no original dump). ibuild needs 10 important parts of the full NAND dump that include unique per-console data, and one of them is the smc_config.bin file. People who don't have their full dump are using so-called 'donor' files in order to create a freeBOOT image. The problem with using an smc_config.bin from a different console is that important configurations which are not 100% compatible with your own Xbox are being used, and your original ones are basically lost (for example, lost MAC address, lost calibration data which might lead to wrong temperature readings and more).

This tool will create a smc_config.bin file, using config_raw.bin file dumped via Xellous or NandPro, in order to assist those people to get their own customized freeBOOT image.
