Apple gamming?

So in my opnion Apple is not far away from making a gamming meachine to join other bigger compinies such a Microsoft and Sony. Obviosly it will be ridicoulsy over priced and sence the wii is strugling to compete with PS3 and the Xbox. Than makes a place for a new consol so what this thread is about is what you would like to see if you were to get it. So go wild extra points for anyone whom make a possable picture of it lol. Wii has sold over 67 million units since its launch in 06.

Xbox 360 has sold 39 million units since it's launch in 05.

PS3 has sold 33.71 million units since it's launch in 06.

Okay. First issue, by being able to play "all games" I assume that you mean 360 PS3 games etc. That would result in a massive lawsuit against Apple. Issue No.2, Apple isn't really known for putting cutting edge tech in their computers, so I'll assume that it would be the same for consoles

That is, until you try and run something more CPU intensive, and your Dual core gets loaded up.

iPad cost $800. The price would be around 600-900 knowing Apple. Plus nobody would develop for them.

They'll probably build a game system, and not make one game.

 

They'll expect other developers to make the games and support their system, but then take 50% of the earnings from them. Imagine the App Store on a full screen TV.

that would be pretty badass. Knowing Apple they would probably bring out something pointless like an iTunes for their game console. >.<

Apple will NEVER will put good graphic hardware in any of their products.

 

I spent $1700 on an iMac and they gave me a 256mb graphics card.

If you were a graphic designer( a target demographic of the mac) then you would want a good graphics card with alot of memory.

I honestly don't know that many big businesses that run Macs. Their just too expensive and inconvenient. My Uncle's business runs all PCs, and the boss goes all out with the computers (at least in R&D, where my Uncle works).

Like he'll they have alot of money they just spend there money on uselles crap like buying 5 50 inch flat screen tvs but all they have on them is ******* pictures of fing events and timtables WTF.

They also have Smart boards in every class but still don't buy new books all there computers are high tech and run of personal servers.

yea, but more memory is better, 512 is the average(even in laptops, they share the system memory pool)and 128 mb does not cut it, unless you are using Photoshop or playing the sims.
