BlueMSXBox v3, Chip8X v3, XBoyAdvance v22 and MednafenX-Lynx v5

Madmab released more new versions of emulators for Xbox1 originally ported by Xport. The changelog is pretty big each time, so here on the news I'll just post a link to the NFO/Readme if you want to see the complete list of changes.
