Help with Halo 2 modding

Hello, I am a complete noob in modding Halo 2. But recently I have just been able to put an ai on a map. What I don't know how to do is to make the ai respawn using scripts and also make the ai charge me. If somebody could please help me do this it would be great. Thank you.
