He might be talking about a new game that continues where the Halo 3 Legendary Ending left off. Possibly called Halo Forunner?

Then what about the Halo 3 Legendary ending? It might not be called Halo, but there has to be something continuing the story of Master Chief.

Reach happened way before Halo 3. And When the portal or whatever you want to call it collapsed, it cut the ship in half. That's why Arby made it back to earth and Chief didn't. He's still floating out where the ring was. Wherever it is. That's why Cortana said "It will be a while before anyone finds us. Years even."

 

And even if it was Reach, the covies glassed it. Of at least everything but at tiny piece of it.

Believe it or not i saw a therory on B.net cant find it but End of H3 is the planet Marathon and its system ? thats my 2 cents.

They did so well with the Halo series, I think it's time to move on. Like move to a similar game but a whole new story line, different weapons, different style of gameplay, etc.
