It's most likley going to tie into the Comics you can find a summery of them here. I assume you'll be trying to kill the shadow broker.

 

Here's some dialog,it's cut or from the DLC not sure which. I'm running on two hours of sleep give me a break.

 

It seems like it would more of an expansion then a 2 - 3 hour long DLC. If it is an expansion they'll probably announce it at GDC,or E3.
