Flaming Recon Armour

I was playing online the other day and i saw some one with recon armor with flaming decal on it. So I was wondering is this a mod or can you actually get it or is it something you have to unlock, thanks.

Are you sure it wasn't just there emblem?

No because I killed him and when I looked at his armor had fire in printed all over it and he was not on fire either.

As much as he lies all the time I was actually there with jack when he saw it. The person the was obviously using devs as he was using the capture the flag flag as a weapon all the time and nobody else could pick it up. So the guy probably just made a mod or something.

Sorry to act silly but i still dont have a clue on what he is talking about is he talking about

 

1. he saw someone in the pre game lobby with a flaming emblem animation so that the flames in his emblem where actually moving

 

2.he saw someone with flamming recon in matchmaking

 

3. he saw someone in matchmaking with flaming recon emblem obviously on his shoulder
