This is patch_mp title update 4.

 

Some people just post the con file around, but this is the raw TU4 patch_mp file.

 

 

Unrar the file and place it in the root of your MW2 files.

what does this do

[iBotPeaches]

If you place the file in the root of your install (EX: HDD) it will act as the TU4 (Title Update 4), as long as you have the matching upgraded xex to go with it. However, I've tested and any modified default.xex works fine with it.
