My First Sig

Can you guys give me some advise if im doing anything wrong or good i made this in about 5 min...

I started yesterday (2/10/10) i havent really found any tutorials or helpful tips,im using Photoshop CS4,I got the renders from PlanetRenders.net,ive used photoshop before its just i never used renders i only made funny pictures of people.if you can help thx.
