Call of Duty 7

Call of Duty 7 (working title) will be the next installment in the Call of Duty series.

It will be set in the Vietnam War during the 1960s.

 

Not much else is known at the moment.

 

It is currently being developed by Treyarch and is due to be released in November 2010.

I was thinking about those Vietnam games that came out in early or mid 2000. Shellshock Nam 67' was one of my favorite games so I'd like to see another game in Vietnam something new,well newish. But I don't want it in a Call of Duty style. Edited January 31, 2010 by Slidell

On the 7th game of any series, what more can you change?

 

Its just going to be the same game, new maps and an ounce of different gameplay.

it will probably be Modern Warfare 2 down to the core just reskinned just like how WaW was CoD4

WaW had better blood effects e.g body parts ripping apart and guts.

they just added that effect in, but it is still the same game just with a new mode

 

thats why it was the same way to mod it in both the games, same layout in the profile, same menus they just look slightly different

same engine too

 

even in some levels, if you look closely you can see that parts of them are from CoD4 levels with new skins
