http://www.bestbuy.com/site/HP+-+TouchSmart+All-In-One+Desktop+with+AMD+Athlon%26%23153%3B+II+X2+Dual-Core+Processor/9563171.p?cpncode=24-9224399&srccode=cii_7240393&skuId=9563171&ref=16&loc=01&id=1218125018659

i like the touch screen because i could use it for lots of things

- + -

1 - photoshop

2 - Neat Apps

3 - Not Glichy moving stuff around

4 - Has keyborde and mouse. :)

- - -

1 - Touchscreen hurts hand after a while

2 - mouse gets laggy

Another problem i see when people are talking to me about the computer havent really tried the computer (store demo dosen't count).

im using one right now. but its not mine. :(

lots of people said that this computer was bad. so i want your reviews and see if its worth it

I could never see myself using a touch screen as my main computer. If it has a keyboard and mouse though, I guess you could use it. It seems all the power though is devoted to that touch screen. For 900 bucks I could buy you plenty of good quality parts from NewEgg and build a computer 10x better than that, spec wise.

It has a video card that is like 3 series ago. It has a 3000 series when the 5000 series was just released. I think video cards are one thing you should always get new of.

I've had to fix one. I found it terrible to work on. Just my opinion.

/important points.

If you want to try gaming on that PC, it won't be very good, mainly because the video card is an integrated model, that has 256mb of shared memory. This means it leaches off the ram. It also has a Athlon II x2. Immediately from the title, we know it is an AM3 processor, with a total of 2mb Level 2 cache, and no Level 3 cache at all, these specs are shared by all Athlon IIs. Essentially, an Athlon II is a huge step down from a Phenom II (which has 6mb of Level 3 cache), so try and go with that, if you want to go with AMD at all.

the touch screen novelty will wear off and your paying more for the x64 operating system when it has 4GB of ram... the only reason to use x64 is to use more than that...

if it goes wrong or you want to upgrade OS in future, drivers will b a bitch... x64 and a touch screen... recepie for a stress filled afternoon if you ask me

well im going to be using the mouse and keyborde most of the time. i just find the apps on the computer fun and worth it

i just used photoshop on it a while ago and was intresting.

and from the grapics card it has close specs to my laptop.

also a 20" is huge for me because i work in a small workspace

keep giving me reviews please

  im still tired. only got 4 hours last night

no lol, touch screen monitor not good idea IMO,

just build your own computer, you'd have 10x better performance for same price. When you buy from company, their paying wages, making money on markup, and advertising which comes loaded onto the new computer.

As for "Photoshop", i doubt your into fingerpainting or Digi paints yet,

so wait till your good at gfx, then buy a tablet. Which is more accurate than a touch screen monitor.

lol. I have a tut on here that shows how to put together a desktop computer. It's not hard. It's fun and cheaper to build one than buying one.

I can only see using a touchscreen in you are going to be doing something very repeatedly, like a cashier at McDonalds.

If you plan to do any video editing or gaming then don't get it. The specs of it are just like a laptop, and laptops are almost 3x more expensive than desktops for the same performance. Build your own PC here. Add a good graphics card and processor, thats all that really matters.

HP?!? Make it entirely custom!! HP aren't the best computers out there. Loaded with bloatware too.

And your link doesn't work.
