Diggy Posted December 27, 2009 Report Posted December 27, 2009 I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and even more recently installed GTAIV for PC, and the install went perfectly, but the game itself doesn't run. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, and I have tried running in all different compatability modes. Can anyone provide any help?
