Xarzu Posted December 26, 2009 Report Posted December 26, 2009 We have an XBOX 360 and the controller that came with the game became defective within the warantee time frame. I called the Microsoft tech support and they promised that they would ship a replacement. They didn't. So I called them back and the call center promised again that they would ship a replacement. They didn't. So I thought I would give posting my experience here for a try and see if anyone can offer some tips to resolving my problem.
iBotPeaches Posted December 26, 2009 Report Posted December 26, 2009 Did you upgraded to Management, when talking to the Indian staff who just reads everything from a booklet? I would post on the xbox.com Support Forums, it seems stuff there is in the public view so they try their best to make sure everything is well.
Quinn Posted December 26, 2009 Report Posted December 26, 2009 Did this with the transfer cable, it took 3 times for them to send me one, and they said it was cause the dumb people didn't confirm my address

I think Harte Hanks got the contract to do this sort of technal support for Microsoft and they are based in Austin, Texas. Did this with the transfer cable, it took 3 times for them to send me one, and they said it was cause the dumb people didn't confirm my address That makes sense. I do not recall them reading bacy my address. I just called them at 800-469-9269. The recording said they are closed so I will call again in the morning. The recording also said that there is some place to check the status online. Does anyone know about that? I think this time I will ask for thier names and be sure to ask for a supervisor.
iBotPeaches Posted December 28, 2009 Report Posted December 28, 2009 1-800-4-MY-XBOX Is the best line to call. EDIT: lol, which is what that number is above.
