Photoshop Portable

Yeah, i just got a new computer, its running Win7 64 bit.

I'm trying to use Photoshop CS4 portable on it but it doesnt work, it says various things, like its missing a file...but its not.

 

I've tried a couple versions but none have worked.

Anyone know of one that will work?

 

I prefer for it to be portable because my internet is really slow and it has a cap, so i cant download large files.

I use CS4 Extended on Win7 64 bit and it works perfectly, any idea how big the cap on your downloads is?

IT didnt work for me so i used the option where it runs the program as another Windows OS and vista didnt work so i did the windows XP sp2 option and ran as admin and cs3 portable works occasionally now.
