thats not fail, thats just making sure you don't break ur pc. >.<

 

don't upgrade, custom it. all your files will live, but you will have to reinstall all your programs.

Didn't really have a choice, and of course thats fail, 64bit to 64bit is a valid upgrade path.......

I cleaned installed mine, and then reinstalled all programs.
