fattwam Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 Youtube dosent necessarily go down when this page is being displayed, this can simply mean that something has gotten corrupt when you were trying to load the page. Pages like this http://www.youtube.com/oops/error.htmlhttp://www.youtube.com/error.html usually get displayed if something failes on the user end.
