Doob E Snack : yes u can play as a engineer but you can also use the flash light on the engineer also wield weapons. and when u play take a good look at ur friends in combat hehe. U Need to rehash and reblock useing hashblock.

1.the personal file only loads when in single player

2.doob made the accounts to be offline

yea on your XeDK "proj." mods for Halo 3/ODST can as of 11/06/09 only run on a XeXDK,Demo,Test,Debug kits but I am sure all of you know this.

Yes proj can not be change in a save most of what u can do is attachments and turrets health ammo most things that are saved around you. and bipeds
