I am looking into purchase a server, but I am not sure if the one I had in mindcomes with all the parts.

I thought barebones means it comes with everything I needed to run it but I would just like to make sure.

That's alot of money, is it required for local / long term use? If not, consider purchasing a [Dedicated/Virtual Private] Server, far less money.
