My Birthday is coming up on August 17th and i am thinking about asking for this as a gift. Who has this card and is this a good choice?

RAM: 2GB of Crucial PC6400 DDR2

HDD: 250GB IDE

Will that Graphics Card Be a Good Choice for a Budget Card.
