EDIT: Ok, I just downloaded the H3 beta. It does work, but you can't play it, since "The Halo 3 Public Beta is either currently unavailable, or has expired".

There are no servers for it and it's expired therefore unable to play it. Unless you have a XeDK

it can't be played anymore. It was for people who were given the beta in a way other than crackdown.

wow didnt you guise now you cant play it online but offline you can i posted it in modding so you guise could find some cool mods like in this halo 3 there are 3 spartan laser shots how about some one mod it blue???

Yes, it goes to the main menu, but I'm pretty sure the beta was to show what online play was like.

 

So you can only play a game in an online lobby.

 

And since they took down the servers, it can't be played.

 

Loading up the beta and playing the beta are 2 different things.

 

 

And how do you think we can mod it if we can't even play it?

yh i played by my self offline on valhalla the spartan laser fires 3 lasers from one single shot i thought some could mod it so it's online playable again

im playing the beta right now all i did was download the 3 beta maps and put them in my hard drive =)
