SotG Caboose Posted August 11, 2009 Report Posted August 11, 2009 It's somewhere in those 12 bytes...
unknown v2 Posted August 11, 2009 Report Posted August 11, 2009 (edited) Oh, I see what you mean, I was looking at the decompressed file. I made a quick app. Only use this for these saves, or it will error. Also, make sure you are using a file extracted from its container. Use wxpirs of w/e. Put this in your System32 folder. http://www.zlib.net/zlib123-dll.zip from http://www.zlib.net/. This is a command line tool. There are two paramaters. 0 -> [ztool] - to initiate the app. 1 - > [filename] the name of the file. To use open cmd, go to the dir of the tool and use the params. It should look like something this : [...(dir of tool)] [ztool] [filename] ex in cmd: C:\Users\unknown\Downloads>ztool save.bin Placing if you don't put anything before the filename it will assume the file is in the dir of the tool. It will create a folder with the decompressed and compressed blocks. For future reference would anyone mind posting the xex? This seems like a challenge.zTool.rar Edited August 12, 2009 by unknown v2 2
