Usergroup ID Change

Is there a way to edit Usergroup IDs (Member Filters) using the SQL Toolbox in ACP? If so, can someone please tell me?

 

Or can you only change it using phpMyAdmin (cPanel), or whatever it is on a Server?

 

 

I hope someone can help me with these lol...

Thanks for all the help people, but I figured it out myself!

 

Here is an example of what I will use, from BlueShadowz:

UPDATE bs_groups SET g_id='9' WHILE g_id='25'
