I kind of agree with him, but not for the same reasons as him. Its not because you aren't cool.

 

I know for a fact that this site isn't going anywhere. For one. The domain. We all know the first thing to running a successful website is having a .com, or .net, .org, .info, whatever. Running a free hosting website won't get you anywhere most likely. Sure, IBM started that way, but the difference between this site and IBM, is IBM already had loyal followers when the site started and modding Halo 2 was really big back then, which brought in more members. So that forumer thing, yeah thats not going to work, and I highly doubt you are going to pay for a real domain name, which I don't recommend because I think the site is still going to go downhill.

 

I was going to say paying for an actual website, but that falls somewhat under the domain name.

 

YOU! You don't know that much about computers as Curtis said. When running a site, you will be expected to code, and fix bugs. Otherwise, your site will be set as a downfall.

 

Theres more, but, I think you know what I'm getting at here.

Aye, there is only one way to learn.Although If I got into website design, I would do it on a null board and give few people the link just to see their opinions on the matter. But whatever, life's a learning experience, chill out. If he wants to learn website design and coding, let him. It feels good to at least know one person is using your hard work.

stand in my shoes for a second, im on my favourite website and some guy is begging me to join his website, your like a begger...

 

if you had something to offer, or used a slightly more postive approach then maybe i'd want to join, personally i just find this annoying.

 

@ Jake im giving him the honest truth, if im not harsh he wont learn, and not to mention how annoying this is.

 

im not acting like im better than everyone else, i don't have a forum, i even tried twice and was the same as him.

 

 

ima say what i want to say, even if its mean, at least i get my point accross better
