Application Sizes (Are wrong)

I've been having this problem for a long time, so there is not one specific event I can match to it. Anytime I open an app (coded from here or there) not like Microsoft Word. It takes the size of the previous opened app.

 

So If I opened a small H3 stat program, its like 200x200 pixels. Then I open a large program, and it loads in 200x200 when its suppose to be like 800x400.I didn't make the apps, so its not a coding fault. I could have some strange setting on my computer that caches app size and doesn't reset it.

Sounds like a virus, or some corrupt files probrably.

Have you tried formatting?

To make you feel better, I'll run avast right now. I'm 98% it isn't that.

Try downloading TuneUp Utilities 2009 and do a registry scan and then look at some of the other settings. This used to happen to me and then I downloaded TuneUp Utilities and it fixed it.

Alright, why don't you try running CCleaner, and TuneUp Utilities (as khaos said).

 

It actually kind of sounds more like a registry error.

Try defragmenting your hard disk.

 

I don't know if it will help, nor do I really know what it does, but it sounds important

I hate installing all this crap on my computer, since CCleaner and TuneUp usually clause problems.

CCleaner messed up my computer badly. Id suggest not using that.

I will look around for you. But I do suggest TuneUp Utilities.

Yeah, TuneUp is a good way to boost computer performance.

 

I would also suggest some PGWare Products that can fix errors in your computer, like PcMedKit.

Just get the 30-day trial. Don't pirate their software though.
