Help needed with modding GTA 4 (xbox360)

Hey everyone, I need help with modding gta 4, not just gamesave ammo ext. I mean online ISO, white anahilaters with rockets, flying vehicles and super bullet damage . So it u would like to do that, hit me up on here or my gt is sniperghost1235 (tell me that u saw this post)

first off you need a flashed xbox but i think its the dvd player thing no play non retail copies of the game
