I'm new to adobe Illustrator and I am wondering, like "Call Me Zeny's" Halo 3: ODST Main menu, what did he open that with? Like what program?

 

Question:

 

1. What template did he use?

2. What do the finished file open with? (for the correct template of Q #1)

3. How do you make a different scree come on when u click a button (or pop up box like Zeny's)

Look at some tuts, im not sure of anything... ive only used illy a few times to fix some vectors.
