How do you mod in halo 2 matchmaking after that DUMB update? !

No way currently because you'll get booted instantly. Of course though I'm referring to the xbox 1 since I don't mod it on 360. I tried a modded disc, perfectly made w/ security sector patched and still got booted.

Actually there is a way to do it. A couple of people know how to do it. They've done it in matchmaking. They showed me proof, and they've taken a video of them doing it, but they won't tell anyone how to do it.
